Fergus Scottish Festival Awarded As a 2022 Top 100 Festival in Ontario
FERGUS. ON – The Fergus Scottish Festival has been awarded as a 2023 Top 100 Festival in Ontario.
The festival received the award from Festival and Events Ontario.
Elizabeth Bender Executive Director of the Fergus Scottish Festival says it is especially meaningful with 2022 being their first live event after two cancelled Festivals due to the pandemic.
“For us the award reinforces that we are doing a great job at what we love doing – providing a high calibre, entertaining, engaging, and safe event to all of our attendees. Being recognized by our peers in the event industry is also special as they know exactly what event planning and production involves and to be among their top 100 is a great compliment.” said Bender
She says it feels amazing and they are really proud of all of their volunteers and supporters.
This years Festival runs August 11-13.
